So I called my insurance company yesterday and I found out I have to do 6 months weight loss with my Dr. I wish they could just look back on the 4 times I have already lost weight under a Dr. care and put it back on. Oh well guess I should be happy that I have insurance at all. Have appt with PCP tomorrow to start that.
Oh yeah title say nurse coach... my insurance company has a bariatric plot program and I have to have a nurse coach that I talk to once a month. SOOO yesterday was my first day. She was EXTEREMLY nice and very funny. I think we are going ot get along great. She told me that the hardest thing for me to overcome will being able to put myself first. Ok mamas don't do that lol Especially southern mamas. BUT I'm gonna have to learn that sometimes I gotta do what I need to do for me. My family is UBER supportive so I don't have to worry about that.
So looks like I'm jumping in feet first.... here we go (pinching nose closed, can't swim without it) lol
